is a call center company based on cutting-edge telecommunications technology. In addition to site design, we also launched an online marketing strategy that generated dozens of low-cost leads.
Here are some of the custom web applications we built for eCallogy:
Click-To-Talk
- Converts web visitors into phone leads. When a web viewer enters their phone number, a call to the viewer is generated and connects with eCallogy's main phone line.
Employee Application
- When potential employees submit their information, the data is saved to a CSV file that can be opened as an Excel spreadsheet.
Service Scheduler
- This web app allows agents to quickly and easily schedule appointments with service technicians and tracks the availability of predefined blocks of time.
Retail Locator
- Allows eCallogy's clients to login and update the data that eCallogy's agents use to look up retail locations for callers.

The site is packed with information on dozens of courses and workshops. To help prevent viewers from being overwhelmed by the volumes of text, we designed the frontpage with a main conceptual ad and several highlights to quickly catch the viewers' attention and draw them deeper into the site.

is Salt Lake City's premier DJ. You can catch him spinning at Club Axis where his mixes are broadcast live on 94.9 every Saturday night.
Designing for an artist was fun and challenging. Our design features a high-tech graphical style that complements his cutting-edge dance music. Through intense optimization, the highly graphical front page is under 40k, which means a quick load time. Streaming audio, a guestbook, and top-10 lists create an entertaining and interactive environment. We also achieved top ranking with the keyphrases "salt lake dj" & "salt lake city dj" on Google, AOL, Lycos and other major search engines.

I-Link
is a pioneer in the Voice Over IP (VOIP) industry. Their popular unified messaging service is available through several resellers. In December 2001, NowPulse was contracted to modify their existing web order form to grab data from an Oracle database and dynamically display different logos, product names, skus, and prices based on the reseller that linked to them. Upon credit card transaction approval, the application triggers a process that immediately provisions the account and displays the customer's new personal toll free number and access code. This application allows multiple resellers to use the same application, and allows I-Link to add new resellers on the fly without any additional programming.
I-Link had a tight deadline for this project when they contacted us. We delivered the solution ahead of schedule and on budget.

The
Low Interest Credit Card
site receives commissions for each approved credit card application. Through our online advertising strategy, this site was profitable within 2 weeks and consistently achieves a monthly Return On Investment (ROI) of over 300%.
To compete in the saturated market of consumer credit card offers, we closely monitored the site and made several modifications that distinguishes this site from other credit card sites. By limiting the site to a single page, it kept viewers from wandering away before they had a chance to apply for a card. We modified the site to make it appear less commercial and more of a valuable resource by removing banner ads and adding a simple interactive APR calculator. These changes generated a dramatic increase in completed applications.

In 1999, we were contacted by the world's largest manufacturer and marketer of home fitness equipment, ICON Health & Fitness. ICON is the parent company of
NordicTrack
. NordicTrack's website featured an advanced shopping cart that used IBM's net.commerce technology on an AS400e server.
Our task was to develop a custom online auction application using the net.data macro language to access their current product data on a DB2 database. We developed both an admin interface and public interface. The admin interface allowed different products to be put up for auction, and allowed the admin to set the bid increment, starting price, length of auction, and other custom settings. The public interface included features such as user profiles, earliest bid priority, and realtime bid activity reports. Our auction code was so successful that it was copied for their other brands including
ProForm
and
HealthRider
. The online auctions were a great addition to their e-commerce strategy for several years. ICON has since moved their online auctions over to eBay where they have access to eBay's large customer base.

Vision International
is a large-format print company specializing in billboards, fleet graphics, and building wraps. Many of their clients are ad agencies, so Vision requested a fun and edgy look for their website. NowPulse rose to the challenge, creating catchy concepts with bold colors, unique fonts, and grunge-style graphic design effects.
Vision also requested a "customer-self-service" web application that would integrate seamlessly with their website. The application we developed allows their clients to securely login and check the status of their jobs, approve proofs, track shipping, and place orders for new jobs.
